How to place your order

1. Open Shop, New Arrivals, Offers or Collections and choose a product.
2. On the product page select the exact Size and Colour you need. The live stock message shows availability for that combination.
3. Use Add to Cart to continue shopping, or Buy Now to go directly toward checkout.
4. Review your cart, quantities and delivery information, then continue to Checkout.
5. Enter your customer and delivery details and choose the available payment method such as Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposit.
6. Review the final total and place the order. Keep your Leos Wear order number for support.

How coupon codes work

Active public coupon codes can be found on Leos Wear offers and promotions. At Checkout, enter the code in the Coupon section and apply it before placing your order.

• Some coupons apply to all eligible products; others can target selected products, categories or collections.
• A coupon may require a minimum cart quantity or subtotal and can have start/end dates or usage limits.
• The Checkout summary shows the applied coupon name and actual discount before you confirm the order.
• Member Discount coupons are private to the member who earned them and cannot be used by another account or a guest.

Earn rewards from delivered orders

Eligible members can use the Leos Wear Golden Card reward system. Points are awarded from qualifying delivered orders and appear in your member dashboard after the order reaches the required status.

• Your dashboard shows your Golden Card, available points and relevant expiry information.
• Available points can be redeemed at Checkout when the Golden Card is active.
• Expired points are not included in the redeemable balance.
• Golden Card availability and point rules are controlled by Leos Wear and can be updated for future campaigns.

Private Member Discount rewards

Registered members can qualify for private Member Discount coupons when the current loyalty requirements configured by Leos Wear are completed.

• Requirements can include delivered-order count and delivered spending milestones.
• When a reward is earned, the private coupon appears in your member dashboard and notifications.
• The coupon belongs only to your account and is designed for one reward cycle.
• After the reward is redeemed, a new loyalty cycle begins from the new baseline instead of repeatedly issuing duplicate rewards.

Delivery and free-delivery benefits

Leos Wear can offer free delivery when your cart reaches the currently configured qualifying rule.

• Your Cart and Checkout show whether standard delivery applies or whether free delivery has been unlocked.
• If you have not qualified yet, the cart can show how many more items or how much more cart value is needed.
• The final delivery charge is confirmed in Checkout before the order is placed.
